Any questions?

Who can get a work permit?

Non-EU foreigners with a job offer from a Czech employer for a vacancy from the state registry. We will tell you whether your case qualifies during the consultation.

How long does it take?

Usually up to 60–90 days from filing — it depends on the embassy and the Ministry of the Interior. Document preparation runs separately and can be sped up.

What documents are needed?

An employment contract, education documents, a criminal-record certificate, proof of accommodation and health insurance. We will put together the exact list for your case.

Can I change employer?

Yes, but you must notify the Ministry of the Interior and meet the conditions and deadlines. We will help arrange the change correctly so you do not lose your status.

The right to live in Czechia legally and work for the named employer. Over time it is also a step towards permanent residence and a stable status in the country.
