Support from opening the business to receiving the visa Trade licence or s.r.o.
A business visa lets you live in the Czech Republic and run a business here — as a sole trader (živnostenský list) or through your own company. It is issued for up to 1 year and can then be changed to an entrepreneur residence permit.
Leave your contact details online or visit our office in the centre of Prague — we speak Russian, Ukrainian, Czech and English.
Free and with no obligations.
We will choose the best business form and build the plan.
We register your grounds for the business visa — these are our own services, everything in one office.
We put the complete file together and check every paper against the consulate’s requirements — applications most often fail on details.
We prepare the submission so the file does not come back.
We do not disappear after submission.
We will help with the first steps after arrival — and then KOVER center stays by your side.
We will answer your questions, give a preliminary assessment of your chances for the business visa and suggest the next steps.
The long-term visa is the first document: a consulate issues it for up to one year. The entrepreneur residence permit is the next step — people switch to it when extending, already from within the Czech Republic. At the consultation we will determine what fits your case and map out the path for years ahead.
Yes, the business grounds are arranged in advance: the trade licence can be obtained before you arrive in the Czech Republic, by power of attorney. It is one of KOVER center’s services — we open the trade licence for you and prepare the confirmation for the visa.
Usually up to 90 days from submission; a lot depends on the consulate and the season. Only a complete file is accepted — any mistake means postponing the submission and losing weeks. So the key is to prepare early and without errors — that is exactly what we help with.
The basic set: a passport, confirmation of the business grounds (trade licence or s.r.o. entry), proof of funds, accommodation, comprehensive insurance, a criminal record certificate and photos. Foreign documents are legalised and translated by a court translator. We will put the exact list together personally for your situation.
You arrive in the Czech Republic, register with the Ministry and start working as an entrepreneur. We will advise on taxes, reporting and the mandatory sole-trader payments. Next come the extension and the switch to the entrepreneur residence permit — KOVER center supports these steps too.
