1. Definitions
1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. “Website Administration” (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) – employees authorized to administer the KOVER website, acting on behalf of KOVER assistance s.r.o. (hereinafter “KOVER”), who organize and/or carry out the processing of personal data and also determine the purposes of personal data processing, the scope of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed on the personal data.

1.1.2. “Personal data” means any information relating, directly or indirectly, to a specific or identifiable individual (data subject).

1.1.3. “Processing of personal data” means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automated tools on personal data, including collection, recording, organization, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, disclosure, access), depersonalization, blocking, erasure, and destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” is a mandatory requirement for the controller or any other person who has gained access to personal data not to disclose such data without the consent of the data subject or other legal grounds.

1.1.5. “Web KOVER” is a collection of interconnected web pages located on the Internet at a unique address (URL): https://kover.center and its subdomains.

1.1.6. “Subdomains” are pages or sets of pages located within third-level domains belonging to the KOVER website, as well as other temporary pages that display the Administrator’s contact information at the bottom

1.1.7. “A user of the KOVER website” (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) is a person who accesses the KOVER website via the Internet and uses the information, materials, and products available on the KOVER website.

1.1.8. A "cookie" is a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends back to the web server with every HTTP request when attempting to open a page on the relevant website.

1.1.9. An “IP address” is the unique network address of a node on a computer network through which a user gains access to KOVER.

1.1.10. “Product” – a product that the user orders on the website and pays for via payment systems.

2. General Provisions
2.1. By using the KOVER website, the user agrees to these privacy policies and the terms and conditions governing the processing of the user’s personal data.

2.2. If the user does not agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, they must stop using the KOVER website.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies to the KOVER website. KOVER does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that Users may access via links available on the KOVER website.

2.4. The Administrator does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User.

3. Scope of Personal Data Protection
3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the Controller’s obligation not to disclose and to ensure the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides at the Controller’s request when registering on the KOVER website, subscribing to the email newsletter, or placing an order.

3.2. The personal data authorized for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the user by completing forms on the KOVER website and includes the following information:

3.2.1. User’s last name and first name; 3.2.2. User’s date of birth; 3.2.3. User’s travel document details; 3.2.4. user’s contact phone number; 3.2.5. email address (email); 3.2.6. user’s place of residence; 3.2.7. photograph.

3.3. KOVER protects the data that is automatically transmitted when you visit the website:
  • - IP address;
  • - information from cookies;
  • - browser information
  • - connection time;
  • - referrer (the URL of the previous page).

3.3.1. Disabling cookies may prevent you from accessing parts of the website that require authorization.

3.3.2. KOVER collects statistics on the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to prevent, identify, and resolve technical issues.

3.4. Any other personal data not listed above (browsing history, browsers used, operating systems, etc.) is stored securely and not disclosed, except as provided in Sections 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.

4. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data About the User
4.1. The Controller may use the user’s personal data for the following purposes:

4.1.1. Identification of users registered on the KOVER website for the purposes of further authentication, placing orders, and other actions.

4.1.2. Providing the User with access to personal data on the KOVER website.

4.1.3. Establishing communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of the KOVER website, the provision of services, and the processing of requests and orders from the User.

4.1.4. Determining the user's location to ensure security and prevent fraud.

4.1.5. Confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.

4.1.6. Creating an account to use certain parts of the KOVER website, provided the User has agreed to create an account.

4.1.7. Notifying users via email.

4.1.8. Providing effective technical support to users in the event of issues related to the use of the KOVER website.

4.1.9. Providing the User, with their consent, with special offers, pricing information, newsletters, and other information on behalf of the KOVER website.

4.1.10. Conducting advertising activities with the user’s consent.

5. Methods and Conditions for the Processing of Personal Data
5.1. The processing of the user’s personal data is carried out without any time limit, in a lawful manner, whether in personal data information systems using automated tools or without the use of such tools.

5.2. The User agrees that the Administrator has the right to disclose personal data to third parties, in particular to internet service providers, KOVER employees, postal services (including electronic ones), and telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order placed on the KOVER website.

5.3. In the event of a loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration reserves the right not to notify the user of such loss or disclosure.

5.4. The Administrator shall take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal data against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions by third parties.

5.5. The Administrator, in cooperation with the User, shall take all necessary measures to prevent the loss of, or other adverse consequences resulting from, the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
6.1. The user has the right to:

6.1.1. Decide to provide the personal data necessary to use the KOVER website and consent to its processing.

6.1.2. Update and supplement the personal data provided in the event of any changes to such data.

6.1.3. The user has the right to receive information from the Controller regarding the processing of their personal data, unless this right is restricted in accordance with applicable law. The user has the right to request from the Controller an explanation regarding their personal data, or to request that such data be blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, obtained unlawfully, or not necessary for the specified purpose of processing, as well as to take measures provided by law to protect their rights.

6.2. The administrator is required to:

6.2.1. Use the information collected solely for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept confidential, not disclosed without the user’s prior written consent, and not sold, exchanged, or otherwise disclosed, except as provided in Sections 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Take measures to protect the confidentiality of the user’s personal data in accordance with the procedures typically used to protect this type of information in the current business environment.

6.2.4. Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment the User, their legal representative, or an authorized data protection authority requests such action, for the duration of the verification process, in the event that inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions are discovered.

7. Responsibilities of the Parties
7.1. In the event of the loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administrator shall not be liable if such confidential information:

7.1.1. Had already been disclosed prior to their loss or disclosure.

7.1.2. Were received by a third party before being received by the Administrator.

7.1.3. Were published with the user's consent.

7.2. The user is fully responsible for complying with the law, including laws governing advertising, copyright and related rights, and the protection of trademarks and service marks, but not limited to the foregoing, including full responsibility for the content and form of the materials.

7.3. The user acknowledges that responsibility for all information (including, but not limited to, data files, text, etc.) to which the user has access as part of the KOVER website lies with the person who provided such information.

7.4. The user agrees that the information provided to them as part of the KOVER website may be subject to intellectual property rights reserved by and belonging to other users, partners, or advertisers who publish such information on the KOVER website.
The user is not authorized to modify, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on such content (in whole or in part), unless such actions are expressly authorized in writing by the owners of such content in accordance with the terms of a separate agreement.

7.5. With regard to text materials (articles and publications freely available to the public on the KOVER website), their distribution is permitted provided that a link to KOVER is included.

7.6. The Administrator shall not be liable to the User for any loss or damage incurred by the User as a result of the deletion, failure, or inability to save any Content or other communication data contained on the KOVER website or transmitted through such website.

7.7. The Administrator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from: the use of, or inability to use, the Website or individual services; unauthorized access to a user’s communications; or the statements or conduct of any third party on the Website.

7.8. The Administrator is not responsible for any information posted by users on the KOVER website, including, but not limited to, copyrighted information published without the express consent of the copyright owner.

8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Before bringing a dispute arising from the relationship between the User and the Administrator before a court, it is mandatory to file a claim (a written or electronic request for voluntary dispute resolution).

8.2. Within 30 calendar days of receiving the complaint, whether in writing or electronically, the recipient of the complaint shall notify the complainant of the results of the complaint review.

9. Additional Terms and Conditions
9.1. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the user’s consent.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy takes effect upon its publication on the KOVER website, unless otherwise specified in the new version of the Privacy Policy.

1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data,” and sets forth the procedures for processing personal data and the measures taken by KOVER assistance s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) to ensure the security of personal data.

1.1. The Operator considers respect for human and civil rights and freedoms—including the rights to privacy and the protection of personal and family secrets—to be its primary objective and a prerequisite for conducting its business when processing personal data.

1.2. This Operator’s policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about website visitors https://kover.center

2. Key Terms Used in the Policy
2.1. Automated processing of personal data – the processing of personal data using computer technology;

2.2. Blocking of personal data – the temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (except where such processing is necessary to verify the accuracy of the personal data);

2.7. Controller – a state agency, municipal authority, legal entity, or individual that, either independently or jointly with others, organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of such processing, the scope of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed on the personal data;

2.8. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User of the website https://kover.center;

2.9. User – any visitor to the website https://kover.center;

2.10. Disclosure of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;

2.11. Disclosure of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons (transfer of personal data) or to make personal data available to an unlimited group of persons, including the publication of personal data in the media, posting on information and telecommunications networks, or providing access to personal data by any other means;

2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data – the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a government authority of that state, or to a foreign individual or foreign legal entity;

2.13. Destruction of personal data – any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data, such that the content of the personal data cannot be restored within the personal data information system, and/or the physical media containing the personal data are destroyed.

3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User
3.1. Last name, first name, middle name;

3.2. Email address;

3.3. Phone numbers;

3.4. Year, month, date, and place of birth;

3.5. The website also collects and processes anonymized visitor data (including cookies) using web analytics services (such as Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and others).

3.6. The information listed above is collectively referred to as “Personal Data” throughout this Policy.

4. Purposes of processing personal data
4.1. The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to inform the User by sending emails; to enter into, perform, and terminate civil law contracts; and to provide the User with access to the services, information, and/or materials contained on the website.

4.2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User may opt out of receiving these communications at any time by sending an email to info@kover.education with the subject line “Opt-out of notifications about new products and services and special offers.”

4.3. De-identified User data collected through web analytics services is used to gather information about User activity on the website and to improve the quality of the website and its content.

5. Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data
5.1. The Operator processes the User’s personal data only if the User enters and/or submits such data independently via the special forms located on the website https://kover.centerBy filling out the relevant forms and/or submitting their personal data to the Operator, the User agrees to this Policy.

5.2. The Operator processes anonymized data about the User if this is permitted in the User’s browser settings (cookies are enabled and JavaScript is supported).

6. Procedures for the collection, storage, transfer, and other processing of personal data
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of applicable data protection laws.

6.1. The Operator ensures the security of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.

6.2. The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be disclosed to third parties, except as required by applicable law.

6.3. If any inaccuracies are found in the personal data, the User may update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator at the email address info@kover.education with the subject line “Update of Personal Data.”

6.4. There is no time limit on the processing of personal data. The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notice to the Operator via email to the Operator’s email address info@kover.education with the subject line “Withdrawal of Consent to the Processing of Personal Data.”

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data
7.1. Prior to the cross-border transfer of personal data, the operator must ensure that the foreign country to which the personal data is to be transferred provides adequate protection of the rights of data subjects.

7.2. Cross-border transfers of personal data to foreign countries that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only if the data subject has given written consent to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or if such transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.

8.2. Any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. This policy remains in effect indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
