We are looking for an assistant to the director — someone who will become the manager’s right hand and be actively involved in a variety of company processes.
Together with the director you will test new business hypotheses, help launch ideas, solve business and organisational tasks and work with different areas of the company.
So this role is a great fit for someone who is meticulous, communicative, proactive, picks up new tasks quickly and enjoys varied work.
In this position you can seriously level up your skills across several areas at once — from organisation and communication to marketing, sales and business processes. What matters far more to us is your approach to work, independence, attentiveness and desire to grow.
Responsibilities
- helping the director with day-to-day business and organisational tasks;
- taking part in testing new ideas and business hypotheses;
- tracking tasks, agreements and deadlines;
- managing the calendar and arranging meetings;
- communication with the team, clients, partners and contractors;
- finding, collecting and structuring the information needed;
- preparing documents, spreadsheets and presentations;
- helping with tasks related to marketing, sales and company development;
- arranging trips, meetings and corporate events;
- handling selected personal errands for the manager.
Requirements
- meticulousness and attention to detail;
- strong communication skills and responsibility;
- initiative and the ability to find solutions independently;
- ability to switch quickly between different tasks;
- ability to set priorities and meet deadlines;
- confident computer skills and modern online tools;
- willingness to learn and get to grips with new areas;
- Czech and English at B2 or higher;
- experience as an assistant is welcome but is not the main criterion.
What we offer
- working directly with the director and seeing how business processes work from the inside;
- tasks from completely different areas — marketing, sales, management, communications, organisation and development of new projects;
- the chance to build professional skills quickly on real tasks;
- room for initiative and your own ideas;
- support during onboarding;
- a friendly team and a comfortable working atmosphere;
- an office in the centre of Prague;
- the option to work partly remotely by agreement;
- engaging team-building, company events and joint team activities.
Working conditions
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00.
- Format: mainly office + the option of partly remote work by agreement.
- Location: centre of Prague.
- Employment: full-time.
